INCOMING CALLER ID NOT SHOWING

Since last week I started using POCO X3 - NFC phone , its a great phone enjoying using it.   

Only problem I am facing is UNKNOWN caller, caller's ID is not working , all receiving calls are UNKNOWN calls.

    Hello Adnan, whether or not the caller ID is displayed for incoming calls, you have no setting options via the Poco X3 NFC.

    If the caller ID is not displayed, it is very often due to a network setting, so I would first call your mobile phone provider.

    Thanks Simon,

    Issue was solved, I took following steps   1) Settings 2) SIM Cards & mobile network 3) tap on my service provider 4) Network Preference (changed from Prefer Wi-Fi to Prefer mobile network)    Then tap on Preferred network type changed LTE into 3G .  Now its working perfectly,  anyway thanks for your time
