Manage Google Activity Controls auf Oppo
Google's Activity controls sit inside the Google Account settings that ship with Coloros on every Oppo phone. They are not an Oppo-specific privacy layer, so toggling Oppo's own privacy switches has no effect on Web & App Activity, location history or YouTube history.
Each toggle controls a separate data stream. Web & App Activity saves searches and app usage, Location History saves visited places even when apps are closed, and YouTube history tracks searches and watched videos. All of this data is tied to the Google Account signed in on the device, not to the phone itself.
To review or disable them, open Settings ➔ Privacy ➔ Advanced ➔ Activity controls, then turn the relevant option on or off.
Turning off a control stops new data from being saved going forward; existing history stays until you delete it separately in the Google Account activity page. Disabling Web & App Activity can make Google Assistant suggestions and Maps predictions less accurate, since those features rely on stored activity.
If you only want to stop location sharing for a single app, adjust that app's location permission instead of switching off Location History entirely, since the account-level setting affects every app and every device signed into that Google Account.
