App Animation Speed auf Oppo
The app animation speed on Oppo phones controls the visual transition that plays when an app opens or closes. It does not change how fast the app itself loads, only how quickly the animation on screen finishes. A slower setting makes transitions feel calmer and easier to follow, while a faster setting makes the interface feel more responsive.
This is useful if you find the default transitions too slow for daily use, or if you prefer a smoother, slower feel over a snappy one. It has no effect on background loading times, RAM management, or app startup speed itself.
How to change it
Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Home screen, Lock screen & Always-On-Display ➔ Tap on App animation speed ➔ Choose Fast, Medium or Slow.
Fast shortens the transition so apps appear to snap open almost instantly. Medium is the balanced default most users keep. Slow stretches the animation out, which can help you notice which app is opening but adds a small delay before you can interact with it.
If an app still feels slow to open after switching to Fast, the delay is likely caused by the app loading its own content, not by this animation setting.
