Adjust Audio Balance auf Oppo
When calls, videos or music sound louder on one side, ColorOS is applying an audio balance setting that shifts volume toward the left or right channel. This is a system-level accessibility feature, not a hardware fault, and it affects every app that plays sound, including calls, streaming apps and games.
You find the control under Settings ➔ Additional settings ➔ Accessibility. Inside this menu, a slider lets you shift the balance toward the left or right channel or reset it to the center.
Move the slider gradually and test with a call or a song, since small adjustments can already fix a noticeable imbalance. This setting helps if you have reduced hearing in one ear, but it will not fix a case where only one earbud or speaker produces sound at all.
If the sound is completely missing on one side rather than just quieter, check the earbuds, cable or speaker first before touching this slider. Once the balance is set correctly, it applies system-wide and stays until you change it again.
