Turn On/Off Automatic Data Sync auf Oppo
Automatic account sync keeps data such as contacts, calendar entries, mail and app settings up to date without any manual action. On ColorOS this single toggle controls every signed-in account at once, so turning it off stops updates for all of them, not just one.
Some accounts sync more than basic profile details. A Google account, for example, can also push photos, backed-up app data and settings, so disabling sync may stop those uploads too. If only one account misbehaves, check that account's own sync settings first before changing the global switch.
To change the setting, open Settings ➔ Users & accounts, then enable or disable Automatically synchronize personal account data and confirm with Tap on OK.
Turning sync off can help save battery and mobile data, especially on older hardware or with a limited data plan. It is less useful if you rely on real-time updates for shared calendars, work mail or automatic photo backup, since those will pause until you sync manually or switch the setting back on.
