Turn Bluetooth Tethering On or Off auf Oppo
Bluetooth tethering on Oppo phones shares your mobile data connection with a paired device over a low-power Bluetooth link, instead of Wi-Fi hotspot or USB. It helps laptops or older phones without a hotspot option, and it uses less battery than Wi-Fi sharing.
The toggle lives inside Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Connection & sharing ➔ Enable or disable Bluetooth tethering. This switch controls tethering for the whole phone, but every paired Bluetooth device also needs to be selected as an internet source on its own end before data actually flows through it.
Turn Bluetooth tethering on or off
Open Tap on Settings, then tap Tap on Connection & sharing, and enable or disable Bluetooth tethering there. If you have not paired the target device yet, pair it first through your Bluetooth settings, then pick your Oppo phone as the internet source on that device.
If tethering stays inactive after switching it on, check that mobile data itself is turned on, since Bluetooth tethering only forwards an existing data connection and cannot create one. Turn tethering off again once you are finished, since an active Bluetooth link with tethering enabled drains the battery faster than an idle Bluetooth connection.
Choose Wi-Fi hotspot instead when several devices need internet at once or you need higher speeds, since Bluetooth tethering supports slower transfer rates and works best for a single connection.
