Turn On/Off Call Forwarding auf Oppo
Call forwarding on Oppo phones with ColorOS routes incoming calls to another number based on your line status. The system distinguishes between four separate triggers, and each one needs to be turned on individually.
Why calls go missing or land elsewhere
If forwarding is set to Always forward, every incoming call skips your phone entirely and goes straight to the target number, even if your phone is on and reachable. If Unanswered or If busy only trigger under specific conditions, so a call that seems lost might actually be forwarding correctly to a number you forgot about.
Where to check and change the setting
Open Phone ➔ Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Calling accounts ➔ Carrier call settings ➔ Call forwarding.
On dual-SIM devices, pick the SIM card first, since each SIM has its own forwarding configuration. Then turn the relevant option on or off and enter the destination number if the option is being enabled.
When this is not the right fix
If calls fail before forwarding even applies, the issue is usually network registration or airplane mode, not the forwarding settings. Carrier-side blocks can also override the setting from the phone, so a call that still fails after correct configuration may need a check with your carrier.
