Camera Quick Launch Gesture auf Oppo
The Quick launch gesture on Oppo phones lets you open the camera app straight from a locked, black screen by double-pressing either volume key. ColorOS handles this through a dedicated wake-and-launch routine that runs before you swipe up or enter a PIN, which is why it needs its own toggle instead of sharing settings with the lock screen.
When the gesture stops responding, check whether it got disabled after a system update or a factory reset, since both events sometimes reset advanced camera options. To review or change the setting, go to Tap on Camera ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Advanced settings ➔ Enable or disable Quick launch gestures.
Turning the toggle off stops the double-press action completely, useful if the camera keeps opening by accident inside a bag or pocket. Turning it back on restores the shortcut without touching any other volume-key function, such as zoom control once the camera app is already open.
One limitation applies regardless of the toggle state: the gesture does not fire while audio is playing, because ColorOS gives playback controls priority over the camera wake trigger during that time. If the shortcut only fails during music or video playback, that is expected behavior, not a broken setting.
