Change Video Resolution auf Oppo
Oppo phones running Coloros ship with a default video resolution that does not always match what the camera hardware can actually deliver. Depending on the model, you can record in HD, FullHD, 4K or even 8K, but the app only shows you the option once you open the correct settings menu.
A resolution set too low leads to soft, pixelated footage, especially on larger screens. A resolution set too high produces sharper video but creates much bigger files and can drain the battery faster during long recordings.
Where to change it
Open Tap on Camera ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Video resolution ➔ Set the Video resolution. The available options depend on your specific Oppo model, since not every device supports 4K or 8K capture.
If you only need footage for messaging apps or social media, a lower resolution like HD keeps files small and uploads fast. For footage you plan to edit or view on a TV, FullHD or higher gives you more detail to work with.
If your recordings still look blurry after raising the resolution, check that the lens is clean and that stabilization settings are not forcing a lower output.
