Assign Colors to Calendar Categories auf Oppo
Oppo Calendar groups entries into categories such as tasks, events, holidays, birthdays and any linked accounts. Without color coding, all of these show up in the same shade, which makes a quick overview difficult once the calendar fills up.
ColorOS lets you assign an individual color to each category from the calendar app itself. This setting lives inside the calendar menu, not in the general system settings, since it only affects how entries are displayed inside the app.
To change it, open Tap on Calendar ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Choose an Option ➔ Tap on Color ➔ Set a Color. Repeat these steps for every category you want to highlight differently.
The color only changes how the entry looks in the calendar grid and list views. It does not change notifications, reminders or how the entry syncs with a connected account.
If entries from a synced account (for example a work calendar) do not accept a custom color, the color may be controlled by that account's own settings instead of ColorOS. In that case, check the account's calendar settings on the service side rather than repeating the steps above.
