Show Connection Speed in Status Bar auf Oppo
Coloros hides live network speed by default because the status bar only has room for a few icons. The setting that controls this lives under notification options, separate from mobile data or WiFi toggles, which is why many users never find it on their own.
To turn it on, go to Settings ➔ Notifications & status bar ➔ Real-time network speed and switch it on. The status bar then shows a live download or upload rate whenever data is moving, and it goes quiet again once the connection is idle.
What this actually shows
The indicator reflects live throughput on whichever connection is active, WiFi or mobile data. It does not track total data usage or remaining data caps, so it is not a replacement for a data monitor if you need to watch monthly limits.
When to skip this
If your status bar already feels crowded with icons for battery, signal, and notifications, adding a speed readout can make it harder to read at a glance. In that case, checking speed manually through a speed test app is a cleaner option.
