Create a Contact Group auf Oppo
Oppo phones running ColorOS come with a Contacts app that sorts entries into a small set of default categories. These rarely match how you actually organize people, whether that is a work team, a sports club, or a family chat that spans several branches.
Creating your own group solves this by grouping selected contacts under one custom label. Once the group exists, you can call or message everyone in it without picking each name individually every time.
Groups are tied to the account you create them in, so pick the right one first, for example a Google account or the phone's local storage. Mixing accounts later can cause the same contact to show up twice if it is synced from more than one source.
Menu path to create a group
Tap on Contacts ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Create label ➔ Enter a Name and tap OK ➔ Tap on Add a contact ➔ Tap and hold a Contact ➔ If desired, select other Contacts ➔ Tap on Save
If contacts still appear duplicated across groups afterward, check whether the same person is stored under two different accounts rather than assuming the group itself is broken.
