Oppo: Delete a Single Call History Entry

Deleting your entire call log feels like overkill when you just want one number gone. On Oppo phones a single unwanted entry, like a spam call or an ex-contact, can be removed on its own without touching the rest of your history.

Delete a Single Call History Entry auf Oppo

Oppo phones running ColorOS store every call in a shared history list, and by default the Phone app only offers an option to clear the entire log. That is not always what you want if only one number, like an unknown caller or a mistaken dial, needs to disappear.

You can remove a single entry directly from the call log by holding your finger on it until a menu appears. This works the same way for missed, outgoing and incoming calls, and it does not affect saved contacts or messages tied to that number.

Steps

Open Phone and go to the call history tab. Find the entry you want to remove, then press and hold it until options show up.

Tap Delete, then confirm by tapping Delete again. The entry disappears immediately and the rest of your call history stays untouched.

If you need to remove several entries at once, most ColorOS versions let you select multiple entries after the long press instead of deleting them one by one.

Frequently asked questions

No. Removing an entry from Phone only affects the call log. The saved contact and any messages stay exactly where they were.
