Delete a Contact Group auf Oppo
Deleting a contact group on an Oppo phone with Coloros removes only the group label, not the contacts inside it. Group members stay saved individually in your address book after the group itself disappears.
This behavior comes from how Coloros handles groups: a group works as a filter pointing to existing contacts, not a container that owns them. Removing the filter clears the label from the group list, while the underlying contact entries stay untouched.
To delete a group, go to Tap on Contacts ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Choose a Group ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Delete label ➔ Tap on OK. Confirming with Tap on OK finalizes the deletion right away, so check that you selected the correct group before tapping it.
If your goal is removing the people themselves, deleting the group is the wrong step. You need to delete each contact individually from your address book instead.
Once a group is deleted, it cannot be restored automatically. You can only recreate it and add the same members again by hand.
