Export Contacts to a vCard File auf Oppo
ColorOS handles contact export differently from what many users expect. Instead of syncing directly to another device or cloud account, the system creates a single vCard (.vcf) file and stores it on the phone's own memory.
This file contains all details for the contacts you select, including names, numbers, emails, and any notes attached to each entry. You choose which account's contacts to include before the export starts, which matters if you have multiple accounts syncing on the same device.
To export, go to Tap on Contacts ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Export ➔ Choose an Account and tap on Export to .vcf file ➔ Tap on Save.
Once saved, the .vcf file sits in local storage until you move it manually, for example by uploading it to cloud storage or sending it through a messaging app. If you need contacts to sync automatically across devices, a cloud account sync is a better fit than a one-time export.
Keep in mind that the export always reflects the account you pick at that moment. If contacts are split across multiple accounts, you may need to repeat the process for each one to get a complete backup.
