Turn On/Off Focus Mode auf Oppo
Focus mode on Oppo phones runs through Digital Wellbeing & parental controls. Once you list an app as distracting, Coloros suspends it and stops background processes, so incoming messages, calls from apps, or push alerts stay hidden until the mode ends.
This differs from Do Not Disturb, which mutes sounds but still lets apps run and deliver notifications quietly. Focus mode actually freezes the selected apps, which is why they seem unresponsive if you tap their icon while the mode is on.
Turn Focus mode on or off
Go to Settings ➔ Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Focus mode ➔ Distracting apps. From there pick Set a schedule to automate recurring blocks, or Turn on now for an immediate session. To stop it early, open the same screen and end the active session before its scheduled time.
If you only need quiet notifications without freezing apps, Do Not Disturb is the better fit since messages still arrive in the background. Use Focus mode when you actively want to prevent yourself from opening certain apps, not just mute them.
