Oppo: Change the Font Size in ColorOS

Small text on a large screen, or oversized letters that push content off the display, usually comes down to the font size setting in ColorOS rather than a system font issue. Oppo keeps this option separate from the display size and screen zoom, so changing it only affects how text is rendered, not icon or app spacing.

The Font & display size menu holds both settings, but they work independently. Font size scales characters in menus, notifications and most apps. Display size scales the whole interface, including icons and buttons.

To adjust the font size, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Display & brightness ➔ Tap on Font & display size ➔ Set the Font size ➔ Tap on Apply. Five preset sizes are available, so you can pick one that suits your eyesight without shrinking or enlarging the entire layout.

If text still looks out of proportion to icons, or buttons feel too small to tap accurately, adjust the display size on the same screen instead. Some apps with fixed layouts or custom fonts may not fully follow the system font size, especially older or third-party apps.
