Turn Keyboard Vibration On or Off auf Oppo
Keyboard vibration on Oppo phones is not controlled by the system-wide vibration settings. Since most Oppo models run Google's Gboard as the default keyboard, the haptic feedback on keypress lives inside the keyboard app itself.
This causes confusion because the toggle can be enabled while typing still feels silent. The reason is usually the separate vibration intensity slider, which stays at zero by default even after the main switch is turned on.
Where to find the setting
Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Keyboard & input method ➔ Tap on Gboard ➔ Tap on Preferences ➔ Enable or disable Haptic feedback on keypress.
Once the toggle is active, check the vibration strength slider directly underneath it. Dragging it to the right increases how noticeable each keypress feels.
If you want the keyboard completely silent, turning the toggle off is enough and the slider position no longer matters. This setting only affects Gboard typing feedback and has no effect on notification or call vibration elsewhere on the phone.
