Manage App Permissions auf Oppo
Android controls what an app can access through a permission system, and ColorOS builds its permission manager directly on top of it. Storage, location, camera, microphone and contacts are the most common permissions, and each one can be allowed or denied independently of the others.
On your Oppo phone this is handled centrally, not inside the individual apps. Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on App management ➔ Tap on App list ➔ Choose an App ➔ Tap on Permissions to see every permission that app currently holds.
From there, select Choose a Permission and pick an option under Choose an Option. Depending on the permission type, you can set it to always allowed, allowed only while using the app, or denied completely.
Denying a permission can break specific features. A denied location permission usually stops maps or check-in features from working, while a denied storage permission can prevent an app from saving or opening files.
If an app misbehaves across the board, checking permissions is only the first step. Persistent crashes or excessive battery drain often point to a bigger issue than a single denied permission, and a general troubleshooting guide fits better in that case.
