Show or Hide Notification Icons in Status Bar auf Oppo
On Coloros, the status bar icon row is fed directly by each app's notification channel. When several apps send alerts at once, the row fills up fast and can crowd out the clock, signal, or battery icon depending on your screen width.
The icon display and the notification itself are separate systems. Turning icons off does not silence apps, mute sounds, or remove entries from the notification shade - it only changes what appears at the top of the screen.
To adjust this, open Settings ➔ Notifications & status bar ➔ Notification icons. From there choose Icon to keep the current behavior, Notification count to show a single number instead of separate icons, or Do not show to hide the row completely.
Pick Notification count if you want a quick glance at how much is waiting without identifying every app. Choose Do not show only if you check the notification shade regularly, since you lose all visual cues otherwise.
If individual apps still feel too noisy after this change, adjust their alerts separately in that app's own notification settings instead of changing the global icon behavior here.
