Optimize Battery Consumption auf Oppo
If your Oppo phone loses charge fast during the day, background apps are usually the reason, not the battery itself. ColorOS tracks which apps wake up the processor, use location services or refresh data while you are not looking at them, then calculates how much charge you could save by limiting that behavior.
The Extend battery feature inside Save power reads out this usage pattern and shows the potential saving as a percentage before you change anything. It groups apps by consumption and lets you decide which processes to restrict instead of shutting apps down blindly.
Where to find it
Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Save power ➔ Extend battery. ColorOS scans your usage history and lists the biggest consumers with the estimated percentage gain next to each one.
Applying the suggestion mainly limits background activity: apps stop refreshing content, tracking location or holding wake locks while minimized. Messaging or navigation apps you rely on for real-time alerts can arrive with a delay afterward, so check notification behavior for anything you need running in the background.
If a single app keeps draining the battery even after optimization, checking its individual battery permission is usually more effective than running the general optimization again.
