Turn High Performance Mode On or Off auf Oppo
High Performance Mode on Oppo phones running ColorOS switches off all built-in energy-saving routines. The system stops throttling the processor and background apps to deliver maximum responsiveness for gaming or heavy multitasking.
The trade-off is higher power draw. Because the CPU and GPU run at peak clock speeds more often, the phone heats up faster and the battery drains noticeably quicker than in normal or power-saving modes.
Turn this mode on only for short bursts of demanding use, like an intense gaming session or benchmarking. For everyday use, keep it off so the phone can manage temperature and battery automatically.
To enable or disable it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Battery ➔ Tap on More battery settings ➔ Enable or disable High performance mode ➔ Tap on OK.
If the phone already feels warm or the battery percentage drops fast without heavy use, check this toggle first. Switching it off usually restores normal thermal behavior and battery consumption within a few minutes.
