Show or Hide RAM Info in Recent Tasks auf Oppo
The Recent tasks overview on Oppo phones lists your open apps as cards, but it does not show any memory data by default. Coloros keeps this indicator hidden because most people never need it, and drawing live numbers on every card would use a small amount of extra processing power.
The toggle for this sits inside the recent tasks manager, separate from the general memory and storage settings. That is one reason many users never find it: it does not show up when you search the settings app for RAM or memory.
To turn it on, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Recent tasks manager ➔ Enable or disable Display RAM/Memory information for recent tasks. Once enabled, every app card in the Recent tasks view shows an overlay with the current RAM usage of your device.
You can switch it off again the same way if the overlay feels distracting or if you only needed it for a quick check. The toggle only controls the display, it does not close apps or free up memory on its own.
If your goal is to actually free RAM rather than just monitor it, closing background apps manually or restarting your phone has more effect than this display setting.
