Access Scientific Calculator Functions auf Oppo
The Calculator app on Oppo phones opens in basic view by default, showing only the standard number pad and simple operators. The scientific functions are not missing - they are simply tucked away in an extended layout that stays hidden until you reveal it manually.
To get there, open Tap on Calculator ➔ Swipe down to access Scientific calculator features. This gesture expands the app into a wider view that adds sine (sin), cosine (cos), tangent (tan) and other scientific operators alongside the basic keys.
This layout switch is a display setting inside the Calculator app itself, not a system-wide toggle. It does not require any changes in the phone settings and works the same way regardless of which Coloros build you are running.
If the swipe gesture does not reveal the scientific keys, make sure you are swiping down from within the Calculator app and not from the notification shade above it. A quick restart of the app usually resolves any gesture that gets misread as a scroll instead of a mode switch.
Use the basic view when you only need quick everyday sums, since it keeps the buttons larger and easier to tap. Switch to the scientific layout only when you actually need trigonometric or other advanced functions, then swipe back up to return to the compact view.
