Oppo: Show Device Certification Info

If you need to confirm that your Oppo phone carries the right regulatory marks for your country, the certification numbers are not printed anywhere on the case. Retailers, customs offices or repair shops sometimes ask for proof of a CE, R-NZ or FCC-ID mark before accepting a return, import or warranty claim. That information sits inside a dedicated settings screen instead of the box or manual.

Show Device Certification Info auf Oppo

Oppo phones sold across different regions carry regulatory certifications like CE for Europe, R-NZ for Australia and New Zealand, or an FCC-ID for the United States. These marks confirm the device meets local radio, safety and emissions standards. Manufacturers are required to make this information available, but most models no longer print it on the housing or in a printed manual.

Instead, ColorOS stores the certification details in a hidden regulatory screen inside the system settings. This is useful when a customs office, insurer or repair shop asks for proof of compliance, or when you simply want to check which certifications apply to your specific unit before reselling or exporting it.

Menu path

Open SettingsAbout phoneRegulatory to view the full list of certification marks and identifiers stored on your device.

If the Regulatory entry is missing on your unit, the information may be listed under a different label inside About phone, depending on your region and ColorOS version. The certifications shown reflect the market your specific device was built for, so a phone imported from another region may display different marks than a locally purchased one.

Frequently asked questions

The Regulatory screen only lists certifications relevant to the region your specific unit was manufactured and sold for. A device built for Europe typically shows CE, while a unit for the US market shows an FCC-ID instead.
