Show or Hide Caller ID for Outgoing Calls auf Oppo
On Oppo phones running ColorOS, caller ID display is not managed in the general call settings but inside the carrier call settings for each SIM.
This is why the option can seem to disappear after a firmware update, a SIM change, or a factory reset. Once reset, the phone falls back to the carrier default, which is usually to show your number.
To check or change the setting, go to Tap on Phone ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Calling accounts ➔ Tap on Carrier call settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Choose a SIM card (Dual SIM) ➔ Tap on My Number ➔ Choose Hide/Show Number.
On dual SIM devices, each SIM has its own independent caller ID setting, so you need to repeat the steps for the second card if you use both for outgoing calls.
Hiding your number only changes what the recipient sees on their screen. It does not block their ability to call you back, and some networks or apps may still display a name if you are already saved in their contacts.
If a call still shows your number after you set it to hidden, the change may not have reached the network yet, or your carrier has to enable CLIR support on their side first.
