Stay on the Lock Screen After Face Unlock auf Oppo
On Oppo phones running ColorOS, Face unlock is set up by default to unlock the device the moment it recognizes your face after you press the power button. The lock screen flashes by so fast that you never see notifications, the clock, or widgets. This happens because the Face recognition module is configured to unlock automatically instead of waiting for a manual swipe.
You control this behavior in the Face unlock settings. Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Password & biometrics ➔ Tap on Face ➔ Tap on Screen unlock ➔ Choose Swipe up to unlockor Auto unlock.
Choosing Swipe up to unlock makes the phone confirm your face but keeps you parked on the lock screen until you swipe up yourself. Choosing Auto unlock restores the original behavior and jumps straight to the home screen after a successful scan.
If you mainly want faster access and do not care about seeing the lock screen, leave Auto unlock active. If you check notifications often before unlocking, or share the phone with others, Swipe up to unlock gives you that extra checkpoint without disabling Face unlock altogether.
