Add Trusted Devices for Smart Lock auf Oppo
Smart Lock on Oppo phones running Coloros keeps the screen unlocked whenever a Bluetooth accessory you trust stays connected. This includes a smartwatch, fitness tracker, car handsfree system, or a pair of headphones. The feature only works once the accessory has been explicitly added to the trusted devices list - pairing a device over Bluetooth alone is not enough.
To add one, open Settings ➔ Security ➔ Smart lock ➔ Trusted devices ➔ Add Trusted device and follow the instructions on screen. The phone scans for already paired Bluetooth accessories and lets you pick the one that should keep it unlocked.
Once a device is on the list, the lock screen stays inactive as long as the Bluetooth link is active and within range. Moving out of range or turning the accessory off re-locks the phone immediately, since Smart Lock relies on the live connection status, not just previous pairing.
Smart Lock is a convenience feature, not a full security layer. If you need the phone locked whenever it leaves your hands - even while a trusted device stays nearby - fingerprint or face unlock gives more reliable protection. Anyone carrying the trusted accessory within range can also unlock the phone, which matters if you share a car or headset with someone else.
