Turn Off App Lock auf Oppo
App lock on Oppo devices protects selected apps behind a privacy password, but that protection stays active until you switch it off manually. Once disabled, every app you had locked becomes accessible without the password again, and the app data tied to them unlocks too.
To turn it off, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Privacy ➔ Tap on App lock ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Turn off App lock. Coloros then asks whether to keep the list of apps you had selected for App lock, so choose Choose Do not save or Choose Save depending on whether you want that selection ready if you re-enable App lock later.
You need to enter your privacy password before the toggle takes effect, since Coloros treats it as a security-relevant change. If you cannot remember that password, disabling App lock through this menu will not work, and you will need to recover access through your Oppo account instead.
Keep App lock enabled if you regularly hand your phone to other people or if apps like messaging or banking still need the extra layer. Turning it off makes sense once you rely on device-level lock screen security alone or found the repeated password prompts more disruptive than useful.
