Turn On/Off USB-OTG auf Oppo
USB-OTG (On-The-Go) lets your Oppo phone act as a host for external devices such as keyboards, mice, USB sticks or portable hard disks. Without it turned on, the system ignores anything plugged in through an OTG adapter, even if the cable and accessory both work fine.
The toggle sits outside the main settings screen, which is why many people miss it. Open Settings, tap Additional settings, then enable the switch listed as OTG connection.
Coloros treats this as a power-saving feature. If no accessory stays connected, the system switches the toggle off again after roughly ten minutes of inactivity. That means you may need to re-enable it every time you want to connect something, especially if you unplug and replug devices.
Leaving OTG on permanently has a minor effect on standby battery use, since the phone keeps its USB port ready to detect new hardware. If you only connect accessories occasionally, enabling the toggle right before use is the more efficient approach.
If a device still isn't recognized after enabling OTG, the adapter or cable itself is worth checking first, since not all OTG cables support higher-power devices like hard disks.
