Turn Camera Watermark On/Off auf Oppo
Watermarks on Oppo phones running ColorOS add the phone model, capture date and time, or GPS location directly onto photos and videos taken with the built-in Camera app. The overlay comes from a dedicated camera feature, not from the gallery or a separate editing app, so toggling it only changes shots taken from that point on. Photos already saved with a watermark stay unchanged.
Some Oppo models only expose the model watermark, while others let you add date, time, and location as separate options. If your Camera app shows just one toggle, that variant supports only the plain model watermark.
To turn the watermark on or off:
Tap on Camera ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Watermarks ➔ Turn On/Off an Option
If the watermark still appears after disabling it, check whether a third-party camera app is set as your default — the ColorOS setting only applies to the stock Camera app. Location watermarks also need system location access enabled for the Camera app, otherwise ColorOS skips that overlay even when the toggle is on.
