Eye Comfort: Enable or Disable auf Realme
Screens emit a lot of blue light, and staring at that light for a while, especially in a dim room, can leave your eyes feeling tired. Realme UI includes Eye comfort mode to cut that blue light and shift the display toward warmer tones.
You find the toggle under Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Display & brightness ➔ Tap on Eye comfort. From there you can Enable or disable Always on to turn the filter on permanently and Set the Screen color temperature with a slider that controls how strong the warm tint looks.
Keeping the mode always on removes cool tones around the clock, which helps during long reading sessions but can throw off color accuracy during the day. If you edit photos or check colors for work, it makes sense to disable it while doing that and switch it back on afterward.
If the display still looks cold after enabling Eye comfort, push the color temperature slider further toward warm. If everything looks too yellow instead, pull it back toward neutral until the tint feels natural.
Turn Eye comfort off again whenever you need true-to-life colors, or if the warm tint makes it hard to tell notification or status bar colors apart.
