Auto-restore App Data After Reinstall auf Realme
Automatic restore controls whether Google pulls saved app data back onto your Realme phone right after you reinstall an app. This includes things like app settings, saved progress in games, or login states, provided the app supports Google backup and a matching backup already exists for your account.
With the option enabled, a fresh install of a previously used app tries to load its last known state instead of starting empty. This is useful after switching phones or reinstalling an app you removed by mistake.
Disabling Automatic restore forces every reinstalled app to start clean, without pulling in old data. This helps when you want a true fresh start, when old data caused a bug, or when you are testing an app without carrying over previous settings.
To change the behavior, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Back up and reset ➔ Enable or disable Automatic restore.
Turning the option off does not delete any existing backup. It only stops the automatic pull during future reinstalls, so you can turn it back on later without losing saved data on Google servers.
