Auto-answer for Incoming Calls auf Xiaomi
Auto-answer picks up incoming calls on its own once a set number of seconds passes, without any tap on the screen. On MIUI this behavior sits inside the calling accounts settings, separate from ringtone and notification options.
Enable it and every incoming call connects automatically after the delay you choose, or only when a Bluetooth headset or wired headset is attached, depending on the option you select. Disable it and every call keeps ringing until you swipe to accept or decline.
Where to find Auto-answer
Open Phone ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Calling accounts ➔ Tap on Auto-answer. From there, Enable or disable Auto-answer and Set the Delay for how long the phone waits before picking up.
A short delay of one or two seconds works well for hands-free driving, while a longer delay gives you time to check who is calling before the connection opens. If you only want calls answered through a headset, restrict Auto-answer to Bluetooth devices instead of applying it to every call.
Turn the feature off again if you notice calls connecting while the phone is in your pocket or bag, since this setting alone controls whether MIUI answers for you.
