Copy a Text Message auf Xiaomi
Copying a text message on a Xiaomi phone works the same way across MIUI versions, but the Copy option only appears after a long press directly on the message bubble, not on the conversation list.
Open Messages ➔ Choose a Conversation ➔ Tap and hold a Message ➔ Tap on Copy. The message text is now stored on the clipboard.
To paste it elsewhere, tap and hold an empty spot in the target text field. A pop-up appears with a Paste option that inserts the stored text.
This works for both SMS and MMS messages, and covers plain text, links, and numbers inside a message body.
If the Copy option does not show up after a long press, you likely tapped an image, sticker, or other attachment instead of the actual text. Try pressing slightly to the side of any media element, directly on the written text.
