Delete a Contact Group auf Xiaomi
Contact groups on Xiaomi devices help sort numbers for calls and messages, but unused groups often stay behind after a project or event ends. Deleting a group does not delete the contacts assigned to it. Only the group label is removed, and every contact remains stored under your regular contact list.
To remove a group, open the Contacts app and tap the Groups section, then follow this path:
Tap on Contacts ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Choose a Group ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Delete label ➔ Tap on OK
Confirm with OK to finish. If the group still shows up afterward, check that you selected the correct one before deleting, since MIUI lists groups alphabetically and similarly named groups can look alike.
This method works the same whether the group is empty or still holds members. If you only want to remove certain people rather than the whole group, open the group and remove those contacts individually instead of deleting the entire group.
