Schedule Do Not Disturb Automatically auf Xiaomi
Do Not Disturb on Xiaomi phones normally needs a manual tap every time you want quiet hours, which means it stays off if you forget or fall asleep before switching it on.
MIUI includes a scheduling function inside the Do Not Disturb settings that lets you define recurring windows, so the phone activates Silent or Do Not Disturb mode automatically without any interaction.
To set it up: Tap on Settings ➤ Tap on Sound & vibration ➤ Tap on Do not disturb ➤ Tap on Schedule turn on time ➤ Tap on Add ➤ Enter a Name and set the Start/End time and a Repetition ➤ Tap on Save.
Each schedule keeps its own name, start and end time, and a repetition pattern for specific weekdays, so you can run separate rules for work hours and night time.
Choose whether the schedule should trigger full Do Not Disturb mode or only Silent mode, since both block notifications differently and Silent still allows some visual alerts.
A schedule works best when interruptions follow a fixed daily pattern; for one-off situations, toggling Do Not Disturb from the quick settings is still faster.
Overlapping schedules can conflict, so check existing entries under Schedule turn on time before adding a new one to avoid the phone switching modes unexpectedly.
