Turn Focus Mode On or Off auf Android
When notifications from selected apps keep interrupting a task, Android's Focus mode is the setting responsible for muting them. It sits inside Digital Wellbeing & parental controls and lets you pick exactly which apps get paused, instead of muting your whole phone.
To turn it on, go to Settings ➔ Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Focus mode. Select the distracting apps you want silenced, then tap Turn on now for an immediate session or Set a schedule to have it start and stop automatically at fixed times.
While Focus mode is active, the chosen apps are grayed out on your home screen and their notifications are held back until you switch the mode off or the schedule ends. This affects only the apps you selected, other apps keep sending alerts as usual.
Focus mode is the right fix when you want to keep using your phone but block specific apps. If you need to silence everything, including calls, Do Not Disturb is the better option, since Focus mode does not touch calls or system alerts.
One side effect: any notification from a paused app arrives silently once the session ends, so you may see a batch of alerts appear at once when Focus mode turns off.
