App Time Limit Setup auf Oppo
Digital Wellbeing on Oppo phones includes a per-app timer that limits how long you can use a specific app each day. Once the set time is used up, Coloros closes the app automatically and keeps it locked out until 0:00, when the limit resets.
This is different from general screen-time reports, which only show usage without enforcing a stop. The app timer actively blocks the app icon and notifications from opening it again for the rest of the day.
To set it up, open Settings ➔ Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Dashboard ➔ Show all apps. Tap the app you want to limit, then tap Timer, set the daily minutes and confirm with OK.
Because the limit resets at midnight, a short lockout on one day does not carry over. If you only want a reminder instead of a hard block, a shorter routine of checking the Dashboard overview may work better than setting a strict timer.
Each app keeps its own independent timer, so you can combine a tight limit on games or social apps with no limit at all on messaging or work tools.
