Change SIM Card Name auf Oppo
Oppo phones with dual SIM slots label both cards SIM1 and SIM2 by default. That label lives in the SIM & mobile data settings inside ColorOS and has nothing to do with the actual carrier name printed on the SIM.
To rename a card, open Settings ➔ SIM card & mobile data ➔ pick the SIM card you want to edit ➔ SIM card name. Enter the new label and confirm with Save. The name can be up to ten characters long, so short labels like Work or Personal fit best.
The new name shows up in the dialer, contacts, and the status bar wherever the system indicates which SIM handles a call or data session. It does not change the number stored on the SIM, the carrier network, or any settings tied to an eSIM profile.
If calls or texts keep going out on the wrong SIM even after renaming, check the default SIM settings for calls, messages, and mobile data separately. Renaming only changes the label, not the routing behind it.
