Change Keyboard Layout auf Oppo
Every keyboard language in Gboard ties to a specific layout by default. German input uses QWERTZ, English uses QWERTY, and other regions rely on AZERTY, Dvorak, Neo2 or Colemak. If the letters you type do not match what appears on screen, the wrong layout is active for that language, not the wrong language itself.
On Oppo phones running Coloros, this setting lives inside the Gboard app rather than the general keyboard settings. Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Keyboard & input method ➔ Tap on Gboard ➔ Tap on Languages. From there, pick the language whose layout you want to change.
Each language can support more than one layout. After you Choose a Keyboard language, you can Turn On/Off a Keyboard layout to enable the one you need, for example switching from QWERTY to Dvorak for the same English input. Confirm with Tap on Done to save the change.
If several people use the same phone or you switch between languages often, keep more than one layout active per language. That way you can cycle through them from the keyboard itself instead of returning to this menu every time.
This fix only helps when the layout itself is wrong. If entire keys are missing or the keyboard does not open at all, check whether Gboard is set as the default input method first.
