Gradually Increase Alarm Volume auf Android
Most alarms play at a fixed volume from the first second. For heavy sleepers that can mean either a jarring wake-up or, in some cases, sleeping right through a short alert before the brain registers it. The Clock app includes a setting that lets the alarm start quiet and increase step by step until it reaches full volume.
You find this option inside the Clock app itself, not in the general system sound settings: Tap on Clock ➔ Open the menu ➔ Open the settings ➔ Tap on Gradually increase volume ➔ Choose an option. The available options control how long the ramp-up takes, from a few seconds to a longer stretch of roughly a minute or more.
A longer ramp-up feels gentler but also means the first seconds are quieter, which can be a problem if you sleep very deeply. In that case a shorter increase time is the safer choice. If you rely on the alarm in noisy surroundings or need to wake up fast, turning gradual increase off and keeping the alarm at full volume from the start is usually more reliable.
This setting only affects the ramp-up curve of the alarm volume itself. It does not change the alarm sound, snooze behavior, or the general media and ringtone volume sliders.
