Turn Super Power Saving Mode On or Off auf Oppo
Super power saving mode on Oppo phones running Coloros exists for one situation: your battery is nearly empty and you still need the phone to work for calls, messages, or basic apps. Instead of gradually reducing performance like standard battery savers, it shuts down almost every background process at once.
Once active, the interface switches to dark mode and the system blocks most apps from running unless you allow them individually. Background data, location services, and animations are restricted so the remaining charge stretches as far as possible. This is useful right before you can reach a charger, but it is not meant for daily use since notifications and syncing stop working normally.
How to switch it on or off
Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Battery ➔ Enable or disable Super power saving mode. Toggling it off restores normal background activity and app access immediately, though the phone returns to its usual battery drain rate.
If your battery drains fast even with the mode off, check which apps are consuming power in the background before relying on this mode as a permanent fix.
