Focus Mode Bedtime mode App Time Limits

Focus Mode

With the Focus Mode we can pause distracting apps, but while the mode is active, the specified apps cannot be started and they will not run in the background, so no notifications will appear.

The Focus mode can be switched on or off manually on the Oppo-Smartphone, or according to a schedule.

Android 10 (ColorOS 7.0)
Step 1:  Open the  Settings
Step 2:  Tap on  Digital Wellbeing & parental controls
Step 3:  Tap on  Focus mode
Step 4:  Enable or Disable  Turn on Now

Bedtime mode

With the Bedtime mode we determine our sleeping time. it can only be activated by a fixed schedule. during this time the Do not disturb function is automatically activated and the device is set to grayscale.

Step 3:  Tap on  Bedtime mode
Step 4:  Choose between  Based on schedule,   While charging at bedtime  and  Off

App Time Limits

using the "digital well-being" functions we can give apps a daily time limit. after the timer has expired, the app is terminated and locked for the rest of the day (until 0 a.m.). the app timer can be set individually for each app.

Step 4:  Tap on  Timer
Step 5:  Choose  Timer  you want and confirm with  OK
