Default homepage
When the Chrome browser is opened on the LG smartphone, the Google web page is displayed by default, and any web page can be set as the home page of the browser.






- Open the Chrome Browser
- Open the Menu
- Open the Settings
- Tap on Homepage
- Tap on current Homepage
- Enter desired URL and tap on Back
Change search engine
Chrome Browser defaults to the search engine selected when you first set up your LG phone, and you can change the default search engine later.
Available for selection:
- Yahoo!
- Bing
- DuckDuckGo
- Ecosia

Location
Before a website can use the LG smartphone's location, it must be approved in the browser. The location request can also be permanently blocked in the Chrome browser, but it is then possible to create exceptions for websites.

Auto-Download

Dark Mode

JavaScript
JavaScript is a scripting language used to develop dynamic web pages. The Chrome browser on the LG smartphone allows you to disable JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled, web pages can be added to the exception.
Note: We do not recommend disabling JavaScript. Almost all web pages use this scripting language, including this simulator.
