Set phone ringtone

You can customize the ringtone of your Huawei smartphone. The ringtone is set as the default and is played on incoming calls. If no other ringtone is specified in other apps that support video calls, for example, the selected standard ringtone is played. If we use the dual SIM function, we can individually set or set the ringtone for calls on the respective SIM card.

 

Android 10 (EMUI 10.0)
Step 1: Open the settings
Step 2: Tap on Sounds & vibration
Step 3: Tap on Phone ringtone
Step 4: Choose SIM1 or SIM2
Step 5: Choose a ringtone

Set custom ringtone

In addition to the pre-installed ringtones on the Huawei smartphone, we can also set a custom ringtone to further customize the device to your personal preferences.
Ringtones can either be copied from a PC to the device's memory via USB cable, or be downloaded directly from the internet using the browser app.

Note: In this guide we will set an existing .mp3 ringtone as default.
