OnePlus How to Manage Accounts

When the OnePlus smartphone is activated for the first time, a Google Account is already specified or linked to the setup.

If there are multiple accounts, we can add them later to get a general access.

Accounts that require an app, such as Facebook or WhatsApp, are automatically created once the user is verified.

The following account types can be manually added to the OnePlus smartphone:

• Duo
• Exchange
• Facebook
• Google
• Messenger
• Private (IMAP)
• Private (POP3)

We can decide whether data should be automatically synchronized on the OnePlus smartphone when changes are made on an account online or in an app.

This includes settings, documents, app data or calendar entries.

If different accounts have been added to the OnePlus smartphone, they can also be removed manually if desired.

If the Messenger account is from, for example, WhatsApp or Facebook, all associated account data is also deleted from the device. The corresponding app remains installed on the device.
