- Tap on Pause if desired
- Tap on the shutter release to stop recording
Switch between front/main camera

In low light conditions, the display is brightly lit to simulate a flash and illuminate the selfie to be recorded.

- Open the Camera app
- Tap on the camera-switch
Take a picture
How photos or snapshots are taken in the camera app of the OnePlus smartphone should be clear to every user.
After positioning the selected motif, further settings, such as a color filter, can be specified in order to finally take the photo by tapping on the virtual shutter release.

- Open the Camera app
- Choose Photo
- Tap on the shutter release to take a picture

On the back of the OnePlus smartphone is the main camera with the corresponding flash function to take photos in dark environments.

- Open the Camera app
- Tap on Flash
- Choose Off, Auto or On
Use Google Lens
The OnePlus smartphone's camera app comes with the Google Lens function, which enables automatic recognition of historical buildings or locations, a search function or a translation of the content in the camera viewfinder, for example.

The familiar method of using two fingers on the screen to zoom in and out works well in the camera app.
Another method is to use the zoom button, which is located directly above the virtual shutter release and is started by tapping it.
After the start, we can wipe our finger left or right to zoom in or out.

- Open the Camera app
- Tap on Zoom
- Swipe left or right to zoom in/out
- Tap on the shutter release to take a picture
